Understanding, engineering and exploiting mechanical properties and signals in brain malformations associated with focal epilepsy
We are happy and proud to announce that projects A02 (Blümcke/Dörfler/Paulsen) and C03 (Kobow) of the new SFB 1540: "Exploring Brain Mechanics (EBM)" will be funded by DFG for 4 years. These projects will be instrumental to better understand mechanical properties and signals of CNS tissue in epileptogenic human brain leisons. We wish all project leaders and collaborators of EBM a succesful and fruitful research period!
